Daily search, lane matching, negotiation, carrier setup, and confirmed rate cons.
Paperwork Handling
Set‑up packets, COI requests, broker onboarding, BOL/POD collection, and tidy digital filing.
Trip Watch
Pickup and delivery check calls, appointment updates, and problem‑solving without drama.
New Customers
For new carriers, the first 3 load bookings are only 3% of the rate confirmation.
Option 1 – Just book the loads
If you just want someone to find and book the loads but handle the paperwork yourself, my rate is 6%.
Option 2 – I’ll handle the details
If you want to send all the paper pushing my way in addition to booking the loads, my rate is only 8%. This includes submitting confirmation paperwork, help with annual filings, and chasing payments if you do not use factoring.

Hi, I’m Bryan
I didn’t just stumble into dispatching. As a kid, I rode shotgun with my uncle on short hauls, soaking up the rhythm of the road and gaining respect for what it takes to be an owner‑operator. Later in life, I watched my brother and uncle wrestle with dispatchers who treated each of them like a number instead of a partner. That’s when I decided: if I was going to do this, I’d do it differently.
Before dispatching, I spent over 20 years as a master electrician and field engineer. My career demanded precision, planning, and the ability to solve problems when things went sideways. Now I use that same skill set in dispatching; analyzing market trends, verifying routes, factoring in weather, and negotiating rates with brokers. The goal is simple: find the best loads for your truck, avoid the headaches, and keep you rolling.
This is a one‑man shop, not a call center. When you work with me, you get steady communication based on your preferences. Whether that means frequent updates and planning future needs, or just a silent assistant finding your next load.
I understand the grind because I lived it myself: long days, bad weather, tough personalities, and doing it all over again the next day. That’s why I approach every booking as a partnership, not a transaction.
My philosophy in life can be best attributed to Ecclesiastes 9:10 — “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might…” Whatever endeavors you decide to undertake, do it with your full and complete effort. Which is how I approach my dispatch services.
